Rates - Cover first 6 people, $10 extra per night per guest over 6
March - June 14th ($20 per weekend night additional for Memorial Day weekend) :
- Weeknights - $80
- Weekends - $110
June 15th - August (through Labor Day):
- Weeknights - $90
- Weekends - $120
Post Labor Day - November :
- Weeknights - $80
- Weekends - $110
NOTE(s):
- Discounts apply for full week rentals. Minimum 2 night rental.
- Security Deposit is based on Pets and # of nights stay, and will be refunded after cleaning team confirms no damages and home is put back and wiped down by guests.
PETS:
- $10 for first pet per night, 5 per pet after maximum of 3 pets.
