Molecular Docking

Join us for an exciting workshop on Molecular Docking, where we will explore the principles and applications of one of the most widely used techniques in computational biology and drug discovery. In this workshop, we will focus on using the AutoDock and AutoDock Vina software to perform molecular docking simulations.  By the end of the workshop, participants will have a solid understanding of how to set up and execute molecular docking simulations using AutoDock and AutoDock Vina. They will be able to interpret and evaluate docking results, enabling them to make informed decisions in drug design and discovery projects.
