Welcome to this NMR Spectroscopy workshop! NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) spectroscopy is a powerful analytical technique that is widely used in chemistry, biochemistry, and materials science. It provides detailed information about the structure, dynamics, and interactions of molecules at the atomic level.
In this workshop, we will cover the basic principles of NMR spectroscopy, including the interaction between magnetic fields and atomic nuclei, the concept of chemical shift, and the interpretation of NMR spectra. We will also discuss more advanced topics such as Solid State NMR and Biomolecule NMR spectroscopy.
We will provide hands-on experience on mestreNova software, and the interpretation of NMR spectra of various compounds. By the end of the workshop, you should have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of NMR spectroscopy and be able to interpret NMR spectra for a variety of applications.
