Today, NASA is bringing in outside companies to create the most effective and safe spacesuits for the future of space travel. Companies like Elon Musk's SpaceX and Boeing are collaborating with NASA's astronauts to build the most technologically advanced suits the world has ever seen.

The SpaceX company's owner Elon Musk is also the inventor of Tesla. In May of 2020 astronauts aboard SpaceX's Dragon shuttle launched into space to test their new sleek suits designed by a costume designer who was famous for working on the Marvel movies. Click here to learn more about SpaceX

Boeing
Boeing released it's new Starliner suit often called the "Boeing Blue" suit. NASA astronauts wore the Starliner suits up into space to test how these new blues hold up against the loss of pressure. Click here to learn more about Boeing.
