40% tests/projects (count twice)

30% quizzes/projects (count once)  

20% classwork/homework 

10% Participation. To receive a good grade, you must participate by answering and asking questions, complete do now, take notes, be prepared, and ready to work, and copy down the homework. You will lose points if you do not satisfy these requirements in class. 

Participation:

9-10 Participates everyday voluntarily. 

8 Participates frequently voluntarily. 

7 Participates occasionally voluntarily. 

6 Participates rarely voluntarily. 

4-5 Participates only when called on.

0-3 Never participates even when called on.
