The Teacher Center is committed to the promotion of education and lifelong learning in the South Huntington community.  The Center serves the adult learning needs of the staff, teachers, parents and community of South Huntington Schools.  The Teacher Center fosters professional learning in our district through workshops, conferences, in-service programs & training seminars.  The Center is governed by a Policy Board made up of teachers, administrators, parents, representatives of higher education, businesses & the community.  The Center is funded by a grant from the state, as well as support from the South Huntington School District.
