Collegial Circles:
Collegial Circles:
A Collegial Circle allows teachers to meet in an informal situation to share and investigate needs, interests or questions. A Circle consists of up to six individuals who work together to plan common or connected instructional units, research new learning and instructional techniques or share professional learning strategies.
Each Collegial Circle must have a facilitator, who will receive a stipend to handle the record keeping.
There are three Collegial Circle options:
Traditional 15-hour ($250 facilitator stipend)
10-hour Mini Collegial Circle ($150 facilitator stipend)
5-hour Mini Collegial Circle ($75 facilitator stipend)
All facilitators and participants have the option of receiving in-service credit and/or CTLE hours.
