Hello and welcome to my Physics class!

Physics is defined as “natural science that studies matter, its motion and behavior through space and time, and the related entities of energy and force. Physics is one of the most fundamental scientific disciplines.” This year we will learn what this means by working together to study the fundamentals of Physics. But this is not something that can only be studied or seen in a classroom. We interact with physics on a daily basis and it also has a strong overlap with other scientific fields including earth science( Wind current, seasons, ocean tides), biology (power output, nerve connections, seeing colors), and chemistry (valence electron energy). We will study different phenomena and apply the physics we learned to better understand them.
