Expectations for the 2025/2026 School Year
1. Materials: You are expected to come to class prepared. This includes a binder/notebook, pens/pencils, unit packets, and a CALCULATOR
2. Homework: Homework is assigned on a regular basis. You are required to show all work in solving problems. Homework that has only answers will not be accepted. Homework will count towards each exam. Failure to do homework will result in a phone call home. It is your responsibility to complete all assignments and realize that you are responsible for the material (even when absent).
3. Tests: All major tests will be announced prior to the test date. If possible, we will review for the test on the day before. If you are absent on the day of a test or on the day of review, you will be required to take the test when you return
4. Extra-Help: Extra-help will be offered Tuesday and Thursday mornings in room 408.
5. Lateness/Cutting: You are considered late to class if you are not in your assigned seat when the bell rings. Three times late will result in a detention. One cut will result in a detention.
6. Misuse of an electronic device: Phones, ear bud/headphones, and smart watches are not permitted at any time. These devices should be turned off and stored in your locker at the beginning of the day. Anyone found with a device will be directed to their grade level administrator.
