Birchwood is proud to participate in the annual Victory Games that take place at Mitchell  Athletic Complex located in Nassau County. Victory Games is a competitive event which allows athletes with various physical challenges to participate in a competitive environment with similar peers.  They have the opportunity to earn bronze, silver and gold medals if they place in the event.  We are proud each year to send athletes that represent Birchwood.

In addition, we send some of their peers to assist in cheering on and handing out water to to the athletes at the end of the races.  We can only take a handful of volunteers each year, so it is a huge honor for the children that are chosen.
