What are video game intramurals?
An after school program for students to take turns playing video games together.
When does the program take place?
The group will meet once weekly. I'm not sure what day it will be yet but I will update this site once I know. Meetings always run from 3-4 pm. You need to arrange a ride home for 4 o'clock. Unless you walk home of course.
What system is used?
We have a Nintendo Switch and Wii U.
What games are played?
The most common game played is Super Smash Bros. on the Nintendo Switch as it allows many participants to play in fast paced rounds. On weeks with lower attendance multiplayer games such as Mario Kart might be played instead depending on the group's preference. Rocket League is another option for this year!
How do I sign up?
This is the most important part! You need to sign up if you want to attend a video game intramural meeting. In order to do so you need to follow a few steps:
Join the video game club google classroom. You can email Mr. Carey for the classroom code.
Next, a sign up sheet will be posted every week on the video game google classroom. If you want to attend a week's meeting you must sign up on that week's sheet. There are only 20 students allowed per meeting so it may fill up.
