Behavior consultants conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) , create behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and work with students directly and collaborate with other school professionals to implement these plans.
My role is to identify target behaviors, figure out why they're happening, then implement a plan to replace the target behavior using applied behavior analysis (ABA).
