1. The game is crashing or freezing.
Please ensure you have the latest version of the app installed from the App Store.
Try force-closing the app and reopening it.
If the issue persists, try restarting your device.
2. I found a bug. How do I report it? We appreciate your help in improving SnapFit 8! Please email us at matteo.rodriguez@shredsoftware.com with the subject line "Bug Report." If possible, include:
Your device model (e.g., iPhone 12, iPad Pro).
The iOS version you are running.
A screenshot or description of what happened.
3. How do I mute the sound/music? You can toggle Music and Sound Effects independently in the Settings menu. Tap the "Gear" icon on the main game screen to access these options.
4. How does Endless Mode work? In Endless Mode, you are racing against a timer. Every time you clear a line (row or column), you gain bonus time. If the timer reaches zero, the game ends.
