Is everything really 100% free?
Yes! Everything made by CRL is free, you can submit a custom order or order something from our catalog completely for free! We make zero profit off of CRL it is purely something we do to share creativity with our community.
Why do I have a strike on my account?
Strikes from CRL are from not following our rules and guidelines. Three strikes will result in a blacklist from all CRL products, events, and rewards.
Why is Jesetta all over the website?
If you see Jesetta anywhere other than the mascot page on our About Us it's actually a placeholder! Things that are undecided or coming soon will use Jesetta as a temporary cover.
Where do I get my order?
All products are hand delivered! We usually deliever during Advisory or Flex so remember when ordering to tell us your advisory!
What do I do if my clothing order doesn't fit?
If anything you ordered doesn't fit properly schedule an appointment with a CRL head via email and we will fix everything for you!
Can I join CRL?
CRL is a privately held company that operates on a strict, need-based hiring model. We only expand our team when specific operational milestones or critical business needs arise. Because we prioritize keeping our operations lean and efficient, we are not accepting applications or hiring new team members at this time. We appreciate your interest in CRL but we aren't hiring for the foreseeable future.
