全球化潮流沛然，國際競爭模式改變，世界政經版圖重組，臺灣正站在歷史的轉捩點，為掌握國際脈動，創造自身優勢，臺北市極力打造與全球同步的國際化生活環境，力求與全球接軌。本校掌握「全球接軌、在地行動」的發展策略，依現有優勢條件進行空間規劃，融合英語教育與社區資源，透過在地文化課程研發、與多元文化接軌，期望能建造一個具有國際視野的英語學習環境，除引發學生學習興趣外，亦透過外籍英語教師之進聘用，示範學生正確目標語言，提升本市國小學生的英語教學，充實本市國小學生英語教育之內涵。

Introduction

The English Village at Sanxing is designed to support Taipei City's vision of creating an internationally connected, English-rich learning environment. In response to the growing trend of globalization and the evolving landscape of international competition, our school embraces the strategy of “acting locally while connecting globally.” By integrating English education with local community resources and cultural themes, we aim to foster students’ global perspectives and enhance their language skills.

Our English Village features four themed classrooms: Restaurant, Supermarket, Transportation, and Airplane Cabin. These spaces are carefully planned to simulate real-life settings where students can participate in hands-on activities and role-play scenarios. When students visit the village, our teachers guide them to use English in fun and meaningful ways actively, helping them build confidence and motivation in language learning. With the support of foreign English teachers, we also provide students with authentic language models, enriching the overall English education experience for elementary students in Taipei.

Hello, everyone! I am a foreign English teacher from the Philippines. I am a licensed professional teacher with diverse teaching experience at various educational levels.

Hi there! I’m Tr. Emma. I graduated from Taipei National University of the Arts, majoring in Traditional Music. Sounds cool, right? But what it really means is—I love bringing creativity and a touch of fun into everything I do!

I believe learning should feel like an exciting journey. To me, education isn’t just about lessons in a book—it’s about discovering the beauty of knowledge and enjoying the process along the way.

Besides being a teacher, I am a mother of a brilliant daughter who is both extremely annoying and independent. I enjoy reading and the arts; English and drama are my passions. I studied my cosmetology course at PCC, CA, and my master's degree in the Department of Children English Education at NTUE.

Hiya, everyone! I am a certified American English teacher with a B.A. in English Education and an M.A. in English Literature. I also have a TESOL certificate that further aids me in helping your kids learn English! I am very grateful to be here and am very passionate about my chosen profession, which is why I have over 10 years of experience on all levels of education. Being a versatile teacher is important in a global community where young minds are in need of sharpening! Using my skills, awesome attitude, and this amazing EV, I aim to enrich and inspire those seeking to acquire English in a positive way.
