Retreat in April
A Fearful and Uncertain World with an Open Heart
A Weekend Non-residential Retreat Led by John Cunningham In Person and Online Via Zoom
Sponsored by Show Me Dharma, 1600 W. Broadway, Columbia, MO 65203
With the recent changes in our country and around the world, many of us are facing fear and uncertainty at a level that we have not previously experienced. We find ourselves increasingly unsettledas new events and information unfold and we may find it difficult to find our center, to find the peacethat felt much easier to find in the past.
In this retreat, we will explore what is happening around us at a deeper level and work with practices that allow us to find peace in the midst of chaos. We will work with coming home to our true nature, findingcalmness in the storm and connected compassion.
