Hello there! Have you ever wanted to know what the top 10 places to go in Europe are? Well now is the time to figure out what they are!! So, I’m going to start …NOW!
10: Germany
Why I put Germany here is because it has really good food. I mean, you can’t beat it! One of my favorite foods is bratwurst. It’s basically a fat sausage. There are many ways to cook a bratwurst. My personal favorite is grilled.
9: England
England to me is just a bustling city. But it has a great history! The Revolutionary War I am not a great fan of that part, but Victorian England was really cool. You had Charles Dickens who made A Christmas Carol. It was a cool time period. Also, you had Sherlock Holmes who was the best detective in the world!! Wait he wasn’t real…
8: Ireland
Ireland is home to the most ghost stories I’ve ever heard about. So it is probably the most “scary” country on this list.
7: France
You knew that one moment this country would come on the list. 3 things are going to be talked about. Eiffel Tower, croissants, and language. Honestly I’m gonna start with croissants because they are so good. They are one of the best foods on the planet! Next is the language. You can start to learn French in SIS so I guess that’s pretty cool. Finally, the moment you’ve waited for. The Eiffel Tower!!! It was originally built for a festival or something but the guy that made it, Gustave Eiffel didn’t want the tower to fall.
6: Spain
So Spain is here now so yeah. I don’t know a lot about Spain but I do know that in the 1500’s, they had an amazing Navy called the Spanish Armada. Also they have great food like paella.
5: Italy
Italy was gonna come on here at some point so might as well put it here. Italy has a lot of good food like pasta, rigatoni, spaghetti, and way, way, way more!! Also surprisingly, it is home to the Colosseum in Rome. Yes it is the country of the capital of the Roman Empire.
4: Norway
Norway is on here because it was settled by Vikings a long time ago. No not the Minnesota Vikings, Vikings like the warriors. If you can say Viking you know a word in Scandinavian. It means pirate.
3: Poland
Poland has pretty cool and amazing food like this Polish sausage kielbasa.
I’m actually part Polish so I guess that’s cool.
2: Iceland
Iceland was discovered by a Viking named Floki. Despite its name, only 11% of the country is covered by ice which is actually surprising to me.
Now, for the moment you’ve been waiting for the # 1 country on this thing. The one, the only … ROMANIA!!!!
1: Romania
Romania is a really cool place to visit so that’s pretty cool. But its name is pretty confusing. Believe it or not, Romania is not the country of Rome, Italy is so yeah. You might be thinking of Transylvania right now. That’s actually in Romania! Bran Castle is there which I believe is where Vlad the Impaler, more common known as Vlad Dracula.
Well, this is it. This will probably be the longest article on the news, so yeah.
