During the fall, you can find many pumpkins and they are cheaper than during other seasons. You can especially find lots of pumpkins in pumpkin patches. But grocery stores also sell them for a decent price.
According to Healthline, pumpkins are healthy for us because they have essential nutrients for example, protein; iron; copper; potassium; vitamins A, B2, C and E.
