The pandemic has changed a lot of things. I mean, before the pandemic started, most of us had probably never worn a mask before. Now that we wear them all day every day, I should tell you guys some tips and tricks for masks. First, never wear a mask that is too big for you.
Masks that are too big for you fall down, revealing your nose and mouth. Plus, it distracts you from your work to always have your mask falling down. Don’t wear a mask that is too small for you.
That is also dangerous. A mask that is too small could snap at any moment in the day! That is why it’s good to have an extra mask in your backpack. I interviewed someone in my class who recently wore a mask that was too big for them, and they said: “My mask kept falling down, and I had to keep putting it back up!”
Quick tip: put your mask up to the sun. If you see little holes, the mask is not protecting you. This tip only works for cloth masks.
Try getting masks that have more than 1 layer of fabric. Good masks to wear are the Crayola masks. They are adjustable and can really protect you.
Remember, wearing a mask is very important for the safety of yourself and others.
