Well, we have sure had a great kick off to Battle of the Books, Wordmasters, and Math Olympiad.

To all in those activities, on behalf of Lake Bluff, I wish you good luck.

We also have upcoming stars in different instruments who we must thank: Ms Myszewski (band teacher) and Ms Nolan (orchestra teacher).

If you are doing at least one of these it takes work and practice.

B.O.B = Read

Wordmasters = Practice analogies

Math Olympiad = Practice math

Band/Orchestra = Practice instrument

There are 2 things that are in common to each

1. Practice

2. Extra work

So good luck and have fun for everyone in those extra learnings.
