How to make peanut butter cookies
By Cleona
These chewy, delicious peanut butter cookies can be made into a no-nut version by using no-nut butter.
Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of peanut butter or no-nut butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the sugar, peanut butter or no-nut butter, eggs and vanilla extract in a large bowl or electric mixer. Mix for about 1 minute or until the ingredients are fully combined. Scoop small mounds of dough onto a baking pan coated with cooking spray or parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
Enjoy!

Overall tips:
If you want to eat the cookies while they are still warm, let them cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes. Also, to pass the time while the cookies are baking, you can clean up the kitchen! (You will have A LOT of dirty dishes.)
