STICKERS! Stickers are the cute, cool, and weird new trend. Stickers are very popular because you can put them on almost anything! These things include: wrappers, chromebooks, ipads, paper, backpacks, water bottles, bins, and pencils.

There are some things that you should not put stickers on though…like on animals and car windows or most things plastic and metal because if you try to peel them off they leave thin strip of paper that is very hard to get off. Also there are so many types of stickers, like puffy stickers, googly eye stickers, scratch and sniff, feel and smell, bumper stickers, and price tag stickers (which you can get for free at the store.)

Stickers started to be popular in the 1960s when children started to put them on their notebooks, and they sold even better than baseball cards back in the day.

How stickers are created, draw something online and you print it on sticker paper (make sure that when you print it, the printer is turned to best and photo to glossy paper). Then you print it in the printer, you take it off the printer and cut out your design, and there you go! Now you have your own homemade stickers.

“What I think is that the kawaii stickers and the cute animals are the best types of stickers because they add such a cute touch to whatever you put them on and they just put you in a happy and positive mood,” says a fifth grader.

Since there are so many types of stickers, there must be the best one, right? False! All stickers are great, even though people have their opinions. Now I hope that you learned more about stickers and how they are made and how they are used, so see you next time on the Beagle Times!
