 Have you ever put your hair in a ponytail, or a braid? If so you might be contributing to making it an EVEN bigger trend!

One interesting new hair trend is the wolf cut. In my opinion I think it’s called that because it’s chaotic like a wolf is.

 Let’s ask some friends what their favorite hair trend is. LET'S GO! “I like the half up and half down hairstyle because I think it’s really cute and it kind of alters your face shape a little bit, if you know what I mean.” Thank you Maya for giving us this wonderful opinion!

 One hairstyle that's getting popular is the butterfly cut. Let’s ask another student their thoughts on this haircut! “I think that the butterfly cut is cool because it’s layered that makes it really pretty, and it looks like the wings of a butterfly so I think the name is really cool,” said Evelyn. Another great quote.

 A really interesting thing is how even though scrunchies were invented in like the 90's they came back and were actually popular. Let’s ask some people their opinion on scrunchies! “I like scrunchies, they’re comfortable to put on my wrist or in my hair, they’re also colorful and fun!” Great, that was Harper H. “Scrunchies are useful to put your hair in a bun or high ponytail,” said a fellow 5th grader.

OK let’s interview another 5th grader! “Hair. Yep, just put my name on that,” said Anna. I, um, OK thank you, Anna, for that interesting thing. 

A new trend in Korea and many other places in the world is two toned hair. It can be where you have two strands of hair on both sides or where half is one color and the other half is a different color.
