COSTUMES:

COSTUME DETAILS:

Please scroll to the bottom of this page to view the full costume details for all show dancers!

To keep costs at a minimum, we provide all costumes to our students at a hire fee of $40 for the senior show participants, and $30 per costume for the junior show participants. This includes a special tote bag with the Shore Dance logo and a name tag that their costume will sent home in (and the students get to keep the bags after the show!) Students who are performing on more than one dance will only pay $30 (seniors) or $20 (juniors) per costume for their second and subsequent costumes. This will be charged to your account and must be paid no later than 1st November. Costumes will be handed out to the students in their last class of the term, ready to be brought to Dress Rehearsal and Concert day. Costumes must be returned to the studio during the last week of classes (2nd-7th of December). Some costumes that are hired from outside sources may need to be left at theatre after the show. We will inform the parents of the students who this applies to.

Caring for your Costumes:

When washing your costumes, please ensure they are washed in cold water only on a gentle cycle, preferably using a lingerie wash-bag to ensure that they are not damaged. Costumes should not be tumble-dried, and take care not to over-expose them to direct sunlight. Any costumes with sequins or embellishments must be hand washed in cold water.

Any costumes that are hired from outside sources do not need to be washed (as they will be left at the theatre after the show). Unfortunately any damage or staining to hired costumes once they have been collected may incur a fee.
