We are grateful of you for taking time to write the Letter of Recommendation and supporting the applicant in his/her pursuit of the study at the Graduate School of Leadership and Innovation, Shizenkan University. Please note the following to prepare your letter of recommendation:

① 推薦文は、日本語または英語で作成ください。推薦状は、データ（PDFファイル）または書面（ハードコピー）で提出いただきますが、作成にあたっては、ワードフォーマットをこちらからダウンロードいただき、PCで作成いただくことも可能です。

Please write the letter in either Japanese or English. Your letter of recommendation can be submitted in digital form (PDF) or hard copy. For the ease of your preparation, however, you can obtain the digital form from here.

② フォーマットの記入欄に推薦者の氏名、所属先・役職、電話／E-mail連絡先（推薦文の内容について、問い合わせをすることがあります）、署名（直筆または電子署名）、作成日を必ずご記入ください。

Please fill out your name, the name of the organization/institution/company/university to which you belong, your title or position, telephone number / e-mail address, signature (in your own handwriting or electronic signature), and the date in the form. We need all the information as we might contact you for additional inquiry on your letter if necessary.

③ 作成後、データ（PDFファイル）でのご提出の場合はパスワードを設定の上、直接アドミッション事務局の方にお送り下さい。原本提出の場合は厳封の上、事務局へご郵送ください。本推薦状に関するご質問は、以下の至善館事務局まで、お問い合わせください。

Once completed, if submitting via electronic format (PDF), please set a password and send us the password in a separate email to admission@shizenkan.ac.jp. If sending via post, please enclose your letter of recommendation in sealed envelope and send it to the address below.
