You'll need:
A wire coat-hanger
A broom
A pair of socks
Plank* opposite your partner
Either ROLL the ball to each other, or
BOUNCE the ball to each other

Draw a chalk circle on a wall outside
Plank in front of the circle
ROLL or BOUNCE the ball in the circle
How many hits can you do before you collapse?
*Planking tips: Hands flat on the floor in line with your shoulders and tummy muscles squeezing. Keep your body in a straight line from your feet (or knees) to your head. Hold the position for as long as you can.
Pick your plank level before you play! (...but NOT the one below!)
Set up your hoop against a wall
Perform 1 burpee* with the basketball in front of you and as you jump up, take a shot
Retrieve the ball, do 2 burpees and as you jump up, take 2 shots
Retrieve the ball, do 3 burpees and as you jump up, take 3 shots
Continue adding burpees till you get to 10
How many baskets did you score?
Try again (if you can!) but this time, if you miss a shot, keep shooting until you are successful before you move to the next level of burpees!
*Burpee tips: 1. Stand with your feet a shoulder width apart, squat (like you are going to sit on a chair) and place your hands flat on the floor in front of your feet.
2. Jump your feet back so you are in a plank position.
3. Jump your feet forward to the squat position.
4. Pick up the basketball and jump up to shoot!
