Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday Evenings

• Normal school days

• WHOLE COMPANY REQUIRED FOR EACH PERFORMANCE - see Mrs Breen if there's an issue with this.

• CALL TIME 6pm - Cast, dancers, crew arrive and get ready (hair/makeup, costume)

• 6pm-7pm - Mic checks, aim to be done by 7pm

• 7:15pm - doors open

• 7:30pm - Show starts

Cast/dancers/crew please bring your own snacks and water bottles - wear show shirts and practical clothing - Crew assigned Production brand shirts and wear these with other black clothing for the run (wash every 1-2 days!)

Rest day Thursday - no show! Go to bed early!!! 🛌

 ⏳ WEEK 8: PRE - SHOW WEEK - ALL IN HALL ⌛️ 

When in rehearsal but not on stage you may do schoolwork or practice scenes/songs nearby. Please be trustworthy and do not disrupt the rehearsals.

SATURDAY - FINAL DRESS REHEARSAL - WHOLE COMPANY

• BRING 1 CHILDHOOD TEDDY: We need to fill our seats with 'audience members' 

• All cast, dancers and crew required on this day - except FOH

• 8:30 - Cast, dancers, crew arrive and get ready (hair/makeup, costume)

• 10am - Musicians arrive - start show run

Cast/dancers/crew please bring your own lunch, snacks and water bottles - wear show shirts and practical clothing - Crew assigned Production brand shirts and wear these with other black clothing for the run (wash every 1-2 days!)

Monday - end pd2 & PC

• Press Conference performed at assembly: bring Engage evening clothes, leave pd2 15mins early, come straight to Hall to practice. 

Tuesday 8:20-2:35 - ALL DAY CAST - ACT 1

• All cast required all day, no regular classes

• Normal breaks and PC - BYO normal food

• Wear comfortable, practical clothing for moving around

• No dancers required on this day

Wednesday 8:20-2:35 - ALL DAY CAST & DANCERS - ACT 2

• All cast and dancers required all day, no regular classes

• Dancers bring class materials for pds 4-6 in case you go back to class

• Normal breaks and PC - BYO normal food

• Wear comfortable, practical clothing for moving around

Thursday TECH BUMP IN, School Tours & After School Rehearsal

• Lighting bump in 8:20-2:35 (no student crew members)

• Sound bump in 10:30-2:35pm (no student crew members)

• Pd 1 - Cast perform at school tour - TBC likely Stay I Pray You

• Break 1 - Cast perform at school tour - TBC likely Stay I Pray You (you can eat recess in PC)

• After school 2:35-5pm - 

• MRS JOHNS and MRS BURNES: Prologue royal family/dance scene + Once upon a december. MRS JOHNS go through Countess and the Common Man after Prologue. 

• Mrs BREEN: Eva run through In my Dreams and potentially Journey to the past. Then goes through scene 13 and then scene 15. 

• After 5pm: Learn to do it and travelling sequence. 

• Cast help orchestra bump items into Hall, then rehearse what is needed TBC. Crew attends to be briefed by Cuepoint and Roadcase.

Friday TECH RUN - ALL CAST until 12pm, Mains continue after

• All cast, crew and dancers required first half of day

• Mains and other key vocalists (mic'd students) required all day

• Normal breaks and PC

• Wear comfortable, practical clothing for moving around

• 8:20 - 12pm - Tech larger ensemble songs first, aim to finish before Break 2

• 12pm - 2:00 - tech run for smaller scenes (Mains, key vocalists)

• 2:00 - 2:30 - musicians finalise orchestra layout and sound check

• After school 2:30 - 4:30 - Mains Sitzprobe with orchestra
