By accessing or using the WealthLog mobile application or any associated websites (the “App”), you acknowledge these terms and conditions of use (the “Terms”) and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

Shipyard Studios (“Shipyard”) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise update these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


General Information Only

The WealthLog App is designed to provide general personal finance tracking functionality and is not intended to provide financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. The App does not offer or solicit the sale or purchase of any financial product or security.

Any insights, calculations, or features in the App should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial advice. You should consult with a qualified professional with respect to your particular circumstances before making any financial decisions.


Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, performance, or durability.

Shipyard does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the content and functionality of the App is accurate and reliable at the time of publication, but Shipyard does not guarantee such accuracy or reliability.


Limitation of Liability

In no event will Shipyard Studios or its affiliates, agents, suppliers, licensors, or their respective directors, officers, or employees be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, loss of revenue, data, profits, savings, or business interruption) arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the App or its content, or reliance on the information available in the App, even if Shipyard has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


Indemnity

By using the App, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shipyard Studios and its affiliates, agents, suppliers, and their respective directors, officers, and employees from and against any and all actions, proceedings, costs, claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the App or any breach of these Terms.


Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, logos, code, and design, is the property of Shipyard Studios and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, storage, or redistribution of the App or its contents is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.


External Links and Third Parties

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement or responsibility by Shipyard Studios. Shipyard does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

You assume all risk in accessing any third-party websites, and Shipyard is not liable for any damages arising from your use of such external resources, including without limitation any viruses or compatibility issues.


Privacy and Data Security

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and store personal data. While Shipyard takes appropriate measures to protect user data, we cannot guarantee complete confidentiality or security of information transmitted electronically.

Shipyard Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and without notice if, in its sole judgment, you have violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate or unlawful use of the App.


No Waiver

No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent or other breach. No consent or waiver will be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Shipyard Studios.


Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding any conflict of laws rules. By using the App, you irrevocably submit and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for any disputes or matters arising from or related to the App or these Terms.
