When You use the Dog Breed Identification feature, images are uploaded to OpenAI’s servers for analysis:
Retention by OpenAI: OpenAI may securely retain API inputs (uploaded images) and outputs for up to 30 days to provide the Service and detect potential abuse. After 30 days, the data is automatically deleted unless legally required otherwise.
Data Use: OpenAI does not use the data to train their models. For more details, please review OpenAI’s Platform Documentation.
International Data Transfers: Uploaded images may be processed on servers located outside Your country. We ensure compliance with GDPR for international transfers by relying on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.
