To assist you when completing the Register of Interest Form, here is a link to the details of the main suppliers used by the College.

The Committee Performance Review Questionnaires are relatively short and should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete. Therefore, can you please complete a review questionnaire for each Committee you are a member of. This will provide an anonymised summary report to each Committee and the Corporation via the Search Committee on the outcome of the review.

The Corporation Performance Review Form should take no longer than 10 to 15 minutes to complete. It will provide an anonymised summary report to the Corporation, via the Search Committee, on the outcome of the review.
