When the Mar Pacific team has completed the setup of your account, you will be sent an invitation to the portal
DOWNLOAD THE APP
On this same invitation, you can click on the link to download the app from your phone

ORDERING
The MP Team will create an order guide for you with the products requests during onboarding (Step 3).
Click on "Order" tab
Select the day you'd like items delivered
Click on the "Cart" button (top right corner)
Verify your order (delivery date)
Input special instructions, if any.
Click "Submit Order" top right corner

Click on "More Options" - Below the check out button,
Click on "Manage Standing Orders"
Click on "Create Standing Order"
Choose your delivery date (Start with Sunday)
Choose your frequency (Weekly, or Every Two Weeks)
Choose your order guide (if applicable)
Tip: If you are placing orders manually, you can alway return to a previous order and recreate the order for an upcoming date
Delivery Date> Cutoff
Monday > due 10 a.m. on Saturday
Tuesday > due 10 a.m. on Sunday
Wednesday > due 10 a.m. on Monday
Thursday > due 10 a.m. on Tuesday
Friday > due 10 a.m. on Wednesday
Saturday > due 10 a.m. on Thursday
Sunday > due 10 a.m. on Friday
Check in Orders
From your mobile device, you can easily check in your order and report an issue to receive a credit
