SAIL TelePrEP is the PrEP refill delivery service of SAIL Clinics (Calamba, Cavite, Makati, and Caloocan).
We will send an HIV self-test kit and your PrEP refill to your preferred delivery address within the Philippines via courier.
Existing SAIL Clinic PrEP clients or those planning to start taking PrEP under SAIL Clinic within the Philippines
Consented to receive PrEP kits via delivery at their preferred location and provide pictures of their HIV test result to the TelePrEP team
Able to receive SMS, voice calls, or video calls on their cellular phone
The HIV self-test kit and PrEP are currently free of charge.
Deliveries via LBC are free until the end of April 2025. Depending on where the package will be delivered, cost will range from 100 to 160 pesos.
Client will pay delivery fees for other courier providers they wish to book instead (e.g. Grab, Lalamove)

You help decongest the clinics so they can manage their time & space better.
No, you can give another location (e.g., office), but just make sure someone can receive it.
We can also arrange for LBC branch pickup instead.
Note that LBC deliveries may require showing government issued IDs to verify identity. They also need complete address details (e.g., house number, barangay)
You may get tested for creatinine and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in diagnostic centers (e.g., Hi-Precision, Sto. Domingo) near you and send us a soft copy of the result via:

The refill package includes a lab request slip from the clinic if needed.

We will book the delivery after our call, where we will update/confirm your client info, HIV risk assessment, and delivery details.
Please provide your HIV self-test result within 48 hours of receiving the kit so we can update your status in our records.
