Microblading is a semi-permanent makeup procedure that uses a hand-held tool to create realistic looking "hair strokes" in the browline. This tool doesn't deeply penetrate the skin; rather, it creates small scratches that transfer the semi-permanent pigment into the skin. 

Depending upon certain factors (such as sun exposure, facial products you use, lifestyle, etc.), Microblading Brows can generally last between six months and two years. 

Touch-ups are to be expected once per year. 

Not recommended to those with oily skin as it will likely fade faster than other skin types. 

Powder brows, sometimes known as ombre brows, is a technique that uses a hand-held machine that will result in a soft and natural looking brows. It is less invasive than microblading. Instead of using strokes to fill in eyebrow hairs, the needle is used to draw both dashes and dots on the targeted area. The pigment is deposited onto the skin, which causes it to last longer. 

When you get powdered brows, you should return for a touch-up procedure two months after the original procedure. After that, the brows should last between one and three years. 

Recommended for all skin types. 

Microshading is for clients wanting both the look of microblading and shaded powder brows. Strokes are usually drawn around the edges where they'll be the most visible and then powder shading is added to the body of the brow to give it a full look that retains a beautiful shape every day.
