Registration for all Shen Summer Adventures Camps begins March 12th!
Shen Summer Adventures offers both Online Registration (credit or debit) and Mail-In (check or money order) registration!
ON-LINE REGISTRATION OPTION (Preferred method) “Quickest way to secure a spot!”
**For incoming 6th graders looking for a full-day summer activity, Shen Band Camp has partnered with the Summer Enrichment and Exploration Camp (SEEC). This fantastic program offers a wide variety of exciting activities that students can enjoy in the afternoon. Check out their website: SEEC Website for more information about this great camp. If interested in participating in both the Shen Summer Band and the SEEC camp, please check “Band Camp w/ SEEC Extension” on the registration form. This option is only available for incoming 6th grade students**
The cost of the camp will be $125 per week for each student. (There is an additional cost for the SEEC Extension) This cost includes all music and the use of school-owned large instruments including tuba, baritone, french horn, bass clarinet, tenor sax, and bari sax. Rental agreements will be issued on the first day of camp. Please note that other instruments such as flute, clarinet, alto sax, trumpet, and trombone will not be available for rental.
Shen Summer Adventures- REFUND POLICY 2026
For registrations canceled from 3/10/26 - 4/30/26: Cancellation Fee is 15% of camp fee (85% of camp fee will be refunded).
For registrations canceled from 5/1/26 - 5/31/26: Cancellation Fee is 25% of camp fee (75% of camp fee will be refunded).
For registrations canceled from 6/1/26 - 2 business days before start of camp: Cancellation Fee is 50% of camp fee (50% of camp fee will be refunded).
NO REFUNDS will be given after the camp begins.
All refunds will be issued by check.
The Refund Policy applies as written, even if the camper is absent on any day or days a Camp is in session that the child is prevented from attending for medical reasons including, but not limited to, isolation or quarantine due to having contracted or been exposed to the Coronavirus, COVID-19, or other infectious disease.
