18 exercise HIIT Wheel Workout!
Press play on the video and then spin the wheel!!
Perform the exercise when the video says "Work" - 30 seconds
When the video says "Rest" - Take a break for 15 seconds AND press spin the wheel for the next exercise!
The exercises will disappear automatically so you won't do the same one twice!

Week 30:
Make two teams- It doesn’t matter if the teams are uneven, number of players doesn’t matter… I mean… it is the UNFAIR game :)
I have done front of the room v back of the room, windows v doors, … whatever works for you
Put the team names on the board
Choose one team to go first and spin the exercise wheel! That team performs the exercises to earn the right to choose “Give” or “Take”.
Once the team chooses to give the points to the other team OR take the points for their team, spin the points wheel and apply the points.
Now it is the other team’s turn for the exercise wheel! They earn the right to choose give or take by performing the exercises.
You continue the round until the exercises are gone from the wheel. (They automatically disappear). Then you go to the next round.

Level 2 = 5 times each (Recommended for Grades 3-5)
Level 3 = 7 times each
Rest for 2 minutes between rounds.
