The cost is $250.00 for a one-week full day program. This program has a limited number of students we can take. To guarantee a spot: full payment, registration, and medical forms will be due as soon as possible. We now have online (credit and debit) and mail in (check) registration payment methods. Everything can be downloaded and submitted at our website. If the student (parent) needs to cancel, a refund will be given based on the official policy on the Shen Summer Adventures website. No refunds after the camp begins! SEEC will provide the majority of the tools and supplies needed. Meals will not be provided, so students should bring a bagged lunch and snacks with them. It is mandatory that your child bring a water bottle with them as the summer heat often causes dehydration. Regular camp hours are 9:00am to 3:00pm. We recommend that families register early. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is open to Shenendehowa students first. Any remaining spots may be offered to students attending outside of the Shenendehowa district, at a later date.
Good student behavior is required and expected to ensure a positive learning environment. As such, SEEC reserves the right to remove any student at any time if the student’s behavior is contrary to the spirit of learning or hinders the operation of the program in any way. Any damages made to Shenendehowa property are the sole responsibility of the student. SEEC reserves the right to add or delete workshops based on enrollment.

REFUND POLICY
Shen Summer Adventure Camps - Refund Policy:
For registrations canceled from 3/12/25 - 4/30/25: Cancelation Fee is 15% of camp fee (85% of camp fee will be refunded).
For registrations canceled from 5/1/25 - 5/31/25: Cancelation Fee is 25% of camp fee (75% of camp fee will be refunded).
For registrations canceled from 6/1/25 - 2 business days before start of camp: Cancelation Fee is 50% of camp fee (50% of camp fee will be refunded).
NO REFUNDS will be given after the camp begins.
All refunds will be issued by check.
The Refund Policy applies as written, even if the camper is absent on any day or days a Camp is in session that the child is prevented from attending for medical reasons including, but not limited to, isolation or quarantine due to having contracted or been exposed to the Coronavirus, COVID-19, or other infectious disease.
