Principal Accountabilities
Maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of electrical systems, apparatus, electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot, ensuring proper maintenance and operational status of equipment using a variety of hand tools and utilizing computer systems/programs

Carpentry Job Description
Looking for a carpenter who is motivated, conscientious, accurate and efficient and can use critical thinking skills.
Initially, we would want someone to start with us preparing materials for spray paint and then move into assisting with the construction of products and installation in our Winchester shop. Training and instruction will be provided.
Use of a combination of band sanders, routers and hand sanding in preparation for spray paint.
Assist in the construction of cabinet doors, drawer fronts, dovetail drawers/pullouts, cabinet boxes and custom work for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, closets, built in shelves, etc.
There will be times that are required to work in the customer's home with removing old and installing new including hardware/handles and complete some finish work so travel may be required.
Will need to know how to safely and effectively use machinery.
Spray Painter Description
Looking for a spray painter who is motivated, conscientious, accurate and efficient and can use critical thinking skills. Training and instruction will be provided.
Primarily the work will be in the paint booth at the shop in Winchester. There could eventually be times when spray painting would be needed in the customer home so travel may be required.
Needs some knowledge of polyurethane, acrylic and pre-cat type of finishes. If not, will provide instructions.
Need someone who is quick and efficient but also produces high quality results.
Will need to know how to safely and effectively use spray equipment and ventilation including regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment and paint booth.

The Electro/Mechanical Technician ensures implementation of short- and long-term strategies for preventative maintenance scheduling and execution, for timely corrective maintenance actions, and for general site maintenance needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to complete tasks in accordance with published schedules.
Performs functions focus on maintenance of production equipment and/or facilities and support.
Responsible for preserving or improving the physical structure.
Demonstrates proper operation of all designated equipment.
Diagnoses reports and repairs sub-standard equipment by troubleshooting to the component of board level.
Prepares for use, performs operational checks, inspects and completes routine repairs and major overhauls
Requests and withdraws from inventory and replaces defective or worn parts.
Makes all necessary adjustments for the proper operation of the equipment.
Demonstrates the ability to prevent equipment down time through observation, communications with production staff and proactive problem solving.
Assists with some on-the-job training on designated equipment.
Properly communicates and documents all work performed in compliance with work order process guidelines.
Complies with Cabinetworks Group policies and procedures, safety, quality, operational procedures, adhering to state and federal regulations and reports any deviations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
