Do you need a library card?
1. Download the student card registration from Aug.-Sept. during the school year.
If it's later in the semester, please visit the public library.
2. Clearly print all information.

3. EITHER give the form to Mrs. Covert at the CHS library OR take it to the Edinburg County Library with "ATTENTION: ELIZABETH" so it can be processed.
The fastest way to get access to your public library is to take it directly to the Edinburg branch.
