HERE IS WHAT WE NEED IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO TRY OUT: 

1. DragonFly account must be 100%. Click here for information on completing these requirements. 

2.  DragonFly new account- http://dragonflymax.com/forms/FN6PBE 

3. Permission to Tryout Form - turn in to Coach Noel (7th) or Coach Noel (8th)  This will be given to your daughter at school.
