Hello, all! My name is Mrs. Taylor. This is my fourth year working in Shelby County.

I originally received my undergraduate degree from the University of Mobile in English, going on to complete my Masters in Education from the University of South Alabama. Later, I recieved my degree in Gifted Education from Samford. Prior to moving to Birmingham, I taught grades 6,7, and 8 in Mobile, AL.

I love a good book (some of my current favorites are George Macdonald's Fairy Tales, and R.J. Palacio's Wonder), and enjoy it all the more when accompanied by a warm cup of coffee.
