Netiquette is short for "Internet etiquette." Netiquette is a code of good behavior on the internet. This includes several aspects of the Internet, such as email, social media, online chat, web forums, website comments, multiplayer gaming, and other types of online communication. 
Below are two examples of rules to follow for good netiquette:
- Avoid posting inflammatory or offensive comments online
- Respect others' privacy by not sharing personal information, photos, or videos that another person may not want published online.

Social networking is "expanding one’s business and/or social life through a network of individuals or through social media" (Wiseman, 2018 ) .
Social networking is the use of internet-based social media programs to make connections with friends, family, classmates, customers and clients. Social networking can occur for social purposes, business purposes or both through sites such as Facebook and Twitter

Cyberbullying is bullying that takes place over digital devices like cell phones, computers, and tablets. Cyberbullying can occur through SMS, Text, and apps, or online in social media, forums, or gaming where people can view, participate in, or share content.
The most common places where cyberbullying occurs are:
- Social Media, such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter
- SMS (Short Message Service) also known as Text Message sent through devices
- Instant Message (via devices, email provider services, apps, and social media messaging features)
