As SCPS's only K-8 school - and with close proximity to Collins - our students can expand their learning well beyond their grade level.

IMPROVEMENT PRIORITY: Each grade level will average a month and a half of growth (each month) as measured by IXL in both Math and Reading to ensure increased student proficiency.

Morgan Ellis is Marnel C Moorman School's 2024-2025 Teacher of the Year.
Family Engagement Nights regularly take place at MCMS, with events ranging from Books and Bites to our annual Winter Wonderland celebration.
Students build community by attending school-wide house rallies throughout the year.
