How to set up the Blended Workshop
Our blended model is set up like a workshop classroom. Students work their way from the mini lesson, composing work and exit slip. The big difference is the Path, Place and Pace (3PT) they are working. This is personalized to them as learners and they are in charge of tracking their learning and progress throughout the year.
Exit Slips
The Exit Slip is designed so that students are required to write their own success criteria, explain their thinking and model their problems in more than one way. This allows students to show mastery in a variety of ways and allows them to have a clear understanding of what is expected of them.
