Exhibitions and Defenses of Learning
Every student Kindergarten through 5th grade takes part in real-world Exhibitions of Learning. Every 5th grade student also takes part in a Defense of Learning to provide evidence of their readiness for middle school.
Clear Creek Elementary cultivates a culture of learning that ensures students' have identities as readers, writers, mathematicians, scientists, and historians. An emphasis is placed on building academic behaviors that define excellence in effort.
2025-2026 First Semester: Clear Creek Elementary is committed to increasing student achievement
Goal: A focus on student understanding of learning outcomes and challenging, aligned tasks will increase overall proficiency levels.
Results: According to classroom walkthrough data from the fall semester, classroom teachers achieve a focused learning outcome 87% of the time, with an aligned task that allows students to practice and apply their new learning.

Goal: Creating a system to ensure all students have access to on-grade-level, above-grade-level, and below-grade-level content as needed will show an increase in student growth and student proficiency.
Results: 100% of Clear Creek students engage in intervention and enrichment time to ensure learning is just in time and tailored to student needs.

2025-2026 First Semester: A focus on developing the whole child, as evidenced by the implementation of Passion Classes, where students have the opportunity to explore their natural curiosities in content that is not reflected in academic standards. For example: Carpentry, sewing, and jewelry making.
Goal: 100% of students will enroll in a Passion Class of their choice
Result: 100% of students are currently enrolled in Passion Classes at Clear Creek Elementary.
