Table Host Orientation & Onboarding

Welcome! We are so grateful you are stepping into the Table Host role.

Table Hosting is a ministry of presence. Your yes helps ensure that no woman walks into the room and feels unseen.

Please complete the steps below before serving.

Note:

Table Hosts (TH) are responsible for serving women and leading the facilitation of breakout sessions. Leaders in Training (LIT) serve as backup facilitators for these sessions.

At the end of the evening, LIT members are responsible for stacking chairs and clearing tables of décor, SIS materials, and personal belongings. Table Facilitators are not responsible for these end-of-night tasks.

What Happens Next?

After completing all steps:

You will receive confirmation from the Table Host Manager
You’ll be invited to serve at an upcoming Social
You’ll receive your table assignment 2–3 days prior to the event
