The undergraduate programmes at the university of Sheffield take issues of sustainability seriously, addressing the social, economic and environmental responsibility of the architect.  The programmes promote these values through innovative methods of teaching, which develop each student’s own critical faculties and self-awareness. The aim of the each undergraduate programme is to develop graduates who are self-critical, confident enough to make appropriate decisions, and aware of the wider responsibilities of the architect.
