The Intro to Voice workshop is for people who are new to the Trans Voice Café. It offers an overview of all things voice care and a summary of the main concepts covered in Voice and Communication Therapy sessions. We ask people with no prior experience of Voice and Communication Therapy to attend the intro workshop before attending the deep dive workshops. 

In response to attendee feedback, this semester we will be trialling a mix of SLT-led deep dive workshops into specific voice concepts, and student SLT-led social sessions aimed at more functional/conversational practice.

The following three workshops on pitch, resonance and vocal weight are for people who have accessed VCT or attended the intro workshop and want to take more of a "deep dive" approach into specific concepts. You can book onto as many or as few of these as you like.

Between each deep dive workshop we will host a social / check-in session which will be run by student SLTs and Peer Support Workers. Anybody who has attended any voice workshop can join for this social!
