SunFalco is a student-led research group within Simurq Aeronautics and the Sheffield Space Initiative. It aims to experiment with novel aircraft concepts, and push the capabilities of accessible flight research. Our first project will develop on a patent from Dr. Graham Kelly, which combines the agility of a multi-rotor with the adaptability of a variable-incidence wing. We intend to enter for the 2021 AUVSI SUAS competition in America, and will be one of the first British teams to do so.
