Cost-effectiveness of strategies to prevent or manage Candidozyma auris (Candida auris) outbreaks in acute and non-acute settings: systematic review
This review, requested by the UK Health Security Agency, aims to address the following question:
"What is the cost-effectiveness of different outbreak prevention and management strategies for C. auris (acute and non-acute settings) undertaken internationally?"
The project, due to run from September 2025 to January 2026, will involve a mapping review to identify the range of relevant strategies and those having been evaluated for cost effectiveness, followed by a systematic review focusing on evidence from high income countries.
