PGR Bursaries

History of Education Society UK is pleased to offer a number of bursaries for PGR students which cover the cost of the conference fee as well as reasonably priced accommodation for 2 nights and reasonable travel costs within the UK. More details on budget limits will be provided following application.

To apply for a bursary you must be a member of HES UK. More information about membership and how to join can be found here.

If you wish to apply for a bursary, please indicate it on your booking form AND email Heather Ellis at h.l.ellis@sheffield.ac.uk as soon as possible and no later than 30 September. Bursaries may be limited in number and may be allocated on a first-come first-served basis to qualified applicants, so please be as quick as you can with letting us know if you wish to apply.
